Complimentary Welcome Starter Pack

Upon arrival, a complimentary, welcome starter pack is available in your apartment to help you 'get started' consisting of:

• Bottle of mineral water per person
• Tea
• Coffee
• Creamer and Sugar sachets

In addition, we provide the following complimentary services:

• Access to Free, Unlimited Wi-Fi.
• Free Housekeeping services every 2 days after check-in date between 08H00 to 12H00 (Sundays, Public -Holidays and Departure day not included). Should you not need the housekeeping service, a ‘Do Not Disturb sign is provided.
• Beach Towels are provided upon arrival, and a FREE beach bag is given to all guests. Should you need to change your beach towels for clean ones, this can be done during Reception opening hours.
• Free parking for residential guests.
• Bed linen, Towels, Toilet Paper.
• Toiletries (hand sanitizer, shampoo, shower gel).

Policies

• Check-in time: 12H00
• Check-out time: 10H00
• Late check-out can be organised free of charge, subject to the apartment’s availability. Alternatively, luggage can be left in storage with owners until departure time.

Cancellation / No-Show:

• From 14 days prior to arrival date or more: Free cancellation.
• 13-0 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total booking.
• No-Show: 100% of the total booking.
• Early check-out: 100% of the total booking.

Payment Policy:

• No deposit required but the full amount of total stay will be required 13 days prior to the arrival date OR full payment upon arrival.
  

Free Transfer Promo:

• Free Transfer Promo (Praslin island only) valid until 31st December 2021
• A confirm time of arrival & location (either airport/jetty) must be given, a minimum of 48hours prior to arrival date. 
• If no timing is given this promo will not be applicable and ANV Holiday Apartments will NOT be held responsible to cover any cost of transportation to the apartments.

Reception Opening Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08H00-15H00
• Saturday: 08H00-12H00
• Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
  
  
• Reception is located at Owners’ Property next door.
• NO-Smoking in the apartments or veranda area. Smoking is permitted outside these areas.

Mode of Payment for accommodation:

• Cash (Currency: Seychelles Rupees, Euros, or US Dollars).
